Welcome to Tortoise & Hare Race ("the App"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the App.

1. Service Description

Tortoise & Hare Race is a casual racing game providing single-player mode, local multiplayer, daily rewards, and in-app purchases. The App is developed and operated by FastestFish.

2. Use Conditions

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old, or using the App with consent of a parent or guardian
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local laws
• You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized activity

3. Accounts and Purchases

You may sign in using Google Play Games. In-app purchases (coins, items, etc.) are processed via Google Play Billing, subject to Google Play's refund policies. We do not store payment card information.

Virtual items (coins, items, etc.) are limited to use within the App and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value from us.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any automated tools, bots, cheats, or any other unauthorized means to use the App
• Reverse engineer, crack, or modify the App
• Upload or transmit any illegal, infringing, harassing, threatening, hateful, or racially discriminatory content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, icons, audio, and visual elements of the App are the property of FastestFish, protected by relevant intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, publish, or use any content without authorization.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• App interruption, delay, or errors
• Data loss or device damage
• Any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the App

7. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We may also limit certain features or services for any reason.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people's court.
